What Batten Down the Hatches collects when you enquire about a booking, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

   Your name, email, phone number and the details of your event — date, venue and guest numbers.

2. Why we keep it

   To reply to your enquiry, confirm a booking and keep in touch about the performance.

3. Who sees it

   Only the four of us. Your details are never sold or passed to anyone else.

4. Retention

   Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for six years for tax purposes.

5. Your rights

   Ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or deleted — email battendownthehatchesuk@gmail.com.
